One of my zingaling items made it to the font page on etsy. If it wasn't for Felicia from FluffyFlowers I would never have known.
This morning I had to set up all my artwork from the semester, leave it there for a few hours to be marked and go and dismantle it again this afternoon. This is what it looked like! I feel rather flat now.

I have been making heaps of these cute little boxy pouches and have just listed some in my Zingaling etsy shop.
I have used a variety of recycled fabrics including linen tea towels.

This headband of mine has been selected by Etsy for a fall fashion down under poll you can check out the poll here on the

I have just finished my first two weeks of uni. I am really enjoying it so far and am looking forward to really getting stuck into some real work.
Visual Art has been my favorite part so far and homework in our first week was to complete a sculpture using found objects, that is a picture of mine above, I had a lot of trouble getting the glue to hold but was quite pleased when it finally all came together. It was great how everyone used such different materials and had very individual ideas.
I finished this happy hippy bag yesterday and have just posted it in my Zingaling shop. The fabric was once a valance I found in an op shop. It really looks like it is straight out of the 60's but the fabric is in such good condition that I have my doubts. It really makes me smile and am really glad to have such a large piece of it to make heaps more bags.
I am afraid I have rather been neglecting my poor blog lately.I have been way busy creating lots of new things including this elegant hemp dragon, I love the natural look and simplicity. I have left the seams on the outside and they are a bit frayed and will fray more with lots of love and cuddles. It is a great size for small hands to hold.
